Personal Data: When you register, we collect your name and email address. Payment information is processed directly by Paddle, our Merchant of Record – we do not store your payment details.
Inspection Data: Property addresses, photos, assessment ratings, and notes you create within the app.
Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent.
Paddle (Merchant of Record): All payments are handled by Paddle.com. We share your email and order details with Paddle to process transactions and provide customer support. Paddle's privacy policy applies to payment data.
AWS S3: Photos you upload are stored on Amazon Web Services servers.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption, secure data storage, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
